For the fifth Decibels Data Sonification Challenge, the dataset provided was by Loud Numbers :https://github.com/loudnumbers/environmental_data. For that challenge, I wanted the sounds to represent the increase in CFCS gases as well as the accumulation of CO2 that is being seen annually for the past 63 years. I decided to add an insect sample to the mix of sounds as a representation of the natural realm that is being affected by these changes. This was coded in SonicPi.

For the Creative Code Challenge by @sableraph : “Greenhouse”, Floral, Air & 63, I decided to use Locomotion and it’s floral species to be the visual counterpart to this sonification.

For the Creative Code challenge by @sableraph : “Earth”, The first time around had LayersBeneathEarth coded in #PuzzleScript, #Hydra & #LiveCodeLab. For LayerBeneathEarth2, I have added a #Locomotion component to the voyager perspective.

The LayersBeneathEarth Series follows a Voyager’s journey through the various layers beneath the Earth. Entering a dungeon that seems to never end and is constantly changing. This is done through the game engine: PuzzleScript , the effects of Hydra and the 3d audiovisual components of LiveCodeLab & Locomotion. While also having earthy colors in the visual concepts.

For this week's Creative Code challenge by @sableRaph: “Drive”, HyperDriveInstallation is created as a representation of what a Hyperdrive could be. Done by using the Primary Ion Drive Object from #ThreeJs within The #Locomotion code & an object made in #Desmos , #HydraVideoSynth and glitch effects to mimic portions of the Hyperdrive and a #SonicPi composition to add an audio layer.
