WCAG question for those accessibility gurus. For 1.4.11 Non-Text Contrast, if a checked checkbox has a dark blue background and a while check mark, that when it has keyboard focus, adds a light blue border as the visible focus indicator. The checkbox is on a white page background. The contrast ratio between the checkbox and the visible focus indicator exceeds 3.1:1. The focus indicator colour against the while page background is less than 3.1:1.
