For the first time since 2021, I accomplished my play-365-games-in-a-year challenge! Co-op campaign games drove this goal, supplemented by my #WBC2024 tournament successes in Outer Rim, Innovation, and Can't Stop.

Next year, I hope to get more competitive games to the table, and to revive my boardgame review blog ToPlayOrNotToPlay.net. Graduating from my masters program should help free up some time for that! #bgstats #bgstatsapp #bgstatschallenges #boardgames

Tired but full of smiles as I am driving home from #WBC2024 Had such a fantastic time with all of my friends but there was a hole in my heart this year as @playersaidalex couldn’t attend due to family commitments. It just wasn’t quite the same without him but I still had a blast!

Phew! I finally have a moment to breathe after a busy day! I started the day running a demo of Star Wars rebellion, then rushed to a heat of Star Wars outer rim, which I won. Then I had a quick lunch and prepared to run the mulligan round of rebellion, and i won my game. Then my friend Sean and I squeezed a mulligan game of War of the ring into an hour, which he won. I lost in Alhambra but I won a close victory in Star Wars Outer Rim as Enfys Nest! That'll hopefully get me into the semifinals later this week, though turnout was unusually high. Guess we'll see?

Had a disappointing 1-2 finish in the swiss rounds of San Juan, so took a break to grab lunch and swim some laps. Refreshed, I wandered off to open gaming to learn Far Alone, which was super fun! We played twice and I won our second game. Next up: Alhambra at 5 PM and Star Wars Outer Rim at 8. #WBC2024 #BoardGames #FarAlone #alhambra #StarWarsOuterRim
