The high quality of work done in the renewal project in ottewell 8 months ago. The asphalt is already cracking, potholes are starting to form in the new road, sidewalks are cracking or just falling apart leaving a surface full of holes. We get patches and patches to fix local issues making it look even worse than what it was before the renewal. And all of that cost us extra taxes and additional fees for sidewalk renewal. if you're wondering why I'm quoting such old data from 2010-2014 its because agreements between academic publishers and UK universities are often signed under non-disclosure agreements and so the info is hard to get (probably tacit acknowledgement of what poor value these contracts are!)
