If he doesn't veto but he also declines to sign the bill, it becomes a law without his signature within ten days, not counting Sundays. I'm kind of curious if he actually knows that.

The #Ballroom Boondoggle has blown some $300m in our #TaxDollars so far according to an internal cost tally from the #WhiteHouse contractor seen by #WaPo. The project is at $600m and counting and has already run $200 million more in expenses than #Drumpf has claimed publicly, and of course it is nowhere near finished and currently stalled under court challenges.
