　2024年シーズンのF1は、前年王者であるレッドブルの優位性が崩れ、最終戦までコンストラクターズ選手権のタイトル争いが繰り広げられる1年となった。シーズン中は7人の勝者が生まれ、上位勢にはどのチームにも優勝のチャンスがあった一方、中団チームは数少ない入賞のチャンスを確実にものにしなければならず最終戦まで熾烈な争いが続いた。 　そんな2024年シーズンに開発されたF1マシンを振り返るこの企画では、今回はコンストラクターズ選手権4位のメルセデス-AMG・ペトロナス・フォーミュラ1チームの『W15』を取り上げる。

The @[email protected] #W15 is carrying a slight livery revision for the #JapaneseGP - with an additional Petronas-green stripe added onto the side pod.

The team removed the traditional flow line, that went under the sidepod, as it "no longer works with the shape of the car".
