I got 3.5 years of trouble-free usage from the PCO300, which was fantastic… until a new UV bulb wouldn't glow.
They shipped a new UV bulb (again for free), and it didn't work. After they asked for a purchase receipt to show the unit was bought in January 2016+ (5 year warranty standard), I politely explained I didn't have one (as it was a warranty replacement) and shared how I got here, and… they decided to replace the PCO300 with a PCO375DC. Still, for free.
That's solid customer support.
To be clear, I was polite, never threatening bad reviews or demanding replacements. I tried to provide as much troubleshooting information as I could (I used a surge protector, recorded videos, later checked power quality with a Kil-A-Watt, etc). In the most recent case, I made it clear I would still be happy with #Vornado if they declined to replace the PCO300 unit as they had already fulfilled the original 5 year warranty.

Also, as a fuzzy critter of various interests, I'm still amused at what the company name sounds like:
*Vor*-na-do
The above is for anyone who thinks I was paid to write this :P
