Oh, wir waren gewillt, vom Berg ins Tal hinunterzurennen, auch mit dem Hintergedanken, so durch Fußballenlaufen die Knie zu schonen, und es funktionierte.
Auf der anderen Seite konnten wir so viel länger oben bleiben auf dem Gipfel, und so erlebten wir die gezeigte Vor-Abendstimmung

Oh, we were willing to run down the mountain into the valley, partly with the ulterior motive of protecting our knees by running on the balls of our feet, and it worked.
On the other hand, we were able to stay at the summit much longer, and so we experienced the pre-evening atmosphere
