I also like the idea of optional battles that if done can make the final boss a lot easier but is by no means required which adds replay value to it… as for the final boss… NGL I’m not a fan of the stationary “turret” bosses where they just stand there making all arts that target the back or sides worthless… I think it might be Xenoblade’s “dragon” bosses to reference FE unlike FE’s dragons I feel like these “turret” bosses are just completely lame
