Il 6 ottobre si vota per il rinnovo del consiglio della Città metropolitana di Bari. E in una delle liste a sostegno del sindaco Vito Leccese c'è anche Labianca, grande amico di Sandro Cataldo, finito al centro di un'inchiesta sulla presunta compravendita di voti alle amministrative
