Die Rückerstattung wurde mir schriftlich innerhalb von 14 Tagen zugesichert – doch bis heute habe ich kein Geld zurückerhalten. Der Kundenservice reagiert nicht mehr auf Emails. Leider weisen diverse online-Bewertungen darauf hin, dass das kein Einzelfall ist.
