Jessica O'Hare 🐇I recently finished watching Violet Evergarden and this was the first anime that had me nearly crying in almost every episode.
And I honestly think it could do with a live-action. There are very few fight scenes and the message is generally more philosophical than other animes.

RagashingoHmm, I think whoever put the citations in the middle of what should be blank quotes for #VioletEvergarden episodes 7 & 8 kinda missed the point... Surely the citation should go after the very important blank no title titles of those two critical episodes??
Better to use 『 』 or something similar for those episode titles, anyway, I think...

bird in the rainIs it melodramatic? Absolutely, but then again, the same may be said about #VioletEvergarden, which I also love. To be entirely honest, my own personality is a bit dry, so I tend to enjoy characters who are dramatic and intense about everything, heh. For example, I find Sakura's extreme devotion to Hinagiku immensely satisfying.
