#Vinaigrette is the most absurd "ingredient". I reject the whole concept of it.

How is it legal? What reasons can possibly justify its existence, let alone its usage in a food establishment? What admissible purpose was ever achieved by using/listing it as ingredient, instead of its constituents directly?

Mayonnaise at least does something you can't easily reproduce. Vinaigrette is despicable beyond redemption.

Ich persönlich ziehe die klassische #Vinaigrette vor. Eine Emulsion aus Essig, Öl, Senf und Salz, da hinein fein gehackte Schalotte und Peter und Silie, stundenlang ziehen lassen, dabei gelegentlich umrühren. Mit gerösteten Sonnenblumen- oder Sesamkernen angereichert ein besonderer Genuss.
Ohne die Kerne drin hält sich die Vinaigrette tagelang im Kühlschrank, kann also auf Vorrat hergestellt werden.
