Just watched "Good" (2008) a movie starring #ViggoMortensen who plays an academic who wrote a book about sympathetic euthanasia who becomes a reluctant Nazi whose wife turns in his best friend (a Jew) & who has to face the shame of being unable to do anything about it until it's too late.
Not a great movie but . . .
Unfortunately, there are still lessons to be learned from movies like this. Fascism doesn't just creep up on you, it grows thru indifference & denial until it's too late to do anything about it. 🙄
