#Verkada did not properly secure its own infrastructure (allowing threat actors to access to 150k live camera feeds) or implement basic security controls on its products.

They also falsely claimed being compatible with HIPAA... and spammed _potential_ customers' emails without giving proper opt-out choices.

Just vendor/OEM things.
