Remove/kill the silicon cap hidden inside of the mount hole to reveal an hex screw. Don't fully remove it, it will free the lidar cover.
Inside, remove the circlip and the washers - keep their mounting order !!!

Mine won't start and I can't service it as I really don't understand how to remove the case...??
