Hello, long time!

This is not me cooking, this is me traveling (family reasons).
So I got a chance to eat some old & new vegan things.

1) Gopal, Tampere. Still going strong as if it was year 2000 🤩

2) Whatever, Tampere. New kid in town, excellent brunch/buffet, so many tofu-dishes didn't even take them all 😅 extra mention to pho-soup, vegan tofu-chocolate cake and carrot cake.

3) The Golden Chang in Tampere, did Vegan tofu massaman curry 25years ago, they still do it exactly same.

4) Something we didn't quite catch the name of in Redi in Helsinki... Didn't convince anyone in my family... But it was vegan and filling.

#onigiri Shimeji mushrooms, sauteed in vegan butter, added soy sauce, mirin, toasted sesame oil.
Green parts of scallion, thyme, rucola/rocket/arugula, hemp hearts, toasted sesame seeds.
Short grain rice steamed the usual way.
Wrapped in nori.

Friends are tofu&teriyaki, radish & cucumber, miso soup.
