Busy few days. Saturday @MarkusRoemer & I hosted a tour of our ecology-centred regenerative food garden; Sunday we slaughtered 5 roosters; today Markus helped my father & brother with bigger projects; I made and canned 7 litres of bone broth from yesterday's birds, plus some great chicken sandwiches if I do say so myself! Now we're pooped. SO happy to be able to grow our own food. Eating fresh red currants with wild probiotic yogurt for dessert!
