Ich habe schon wieder eine gastronomische Entdeckung gemacht!

Zum Glück bin ich auf meiner Radtour von Bielefeld nach Bad Salzuflen ein paar Meter von der optimalen Route abgewichen und kam so in den Uffelner Vorort Schötmar.

Ich genoss ein vegetarisches Pad Thai für 11.20€. Die Austernsoße ließ ich durch Pilzsoße ersetzen. Das Ei ließ ich drin.

Eine lange Suche kam zum Ziel: Endlich ein Pad Thai, das so schmeckt, wie es soll, nämlich wie vor 20 Jahren im Saarbrücker Thai-Imbiss am St. Johanner Markt, wo meine Liebe für die thailändische Küche geweckt wurde.

Dazu passte wunderbar ein mit Reis gebrautes thailändisches Lager-Bier.

Viele Gerichte gibt es vegan. Nach der Schließung des #VeggieDelicious ist das die Lösung – es gibt auch veganes Huhn und vegane Ente.

Freisitz gibt's am Straßenrand.
