bread or "Zwiebelstange" (Onion Stick a meter long similar bread but baked with Onions inside which gives the bread a special taste)

Since both products are highly processed products and eaten raw it's important to keep the cold storage up all the time so I would make it at the location.

Of course the final product can be flavored with more spices and herbs but the classic topping is some salt and/or pepper some fresh slices of white onions (also raw) and bit of parsley.

Vegan Mett.

Mett is a German high end delicates also lovely called German Sushi, the meat the world is made of and soul food of thousands of people, usually made out of minced pork and cow meat the vegan alternative contains Rice waffles soaked in minced tomatoes or tomato juice, carefully mashed with a fork, mixed with care, and spiced up with several different herbs and spices. I prefer red paprika (Americans may know it as bell pepper), black pepper, salt, a bit or garlic and herbs I have available.
Depending on the mix it is almost indistinguishable from the meat product. Fresh white onions are carefully chopped into fine dices and mixed into it wit a bit of oil it even gets more real. It's usually served on a half bread roll but also enjoyed on so called meter bread (a meter long aguette like white
