Pellkartoffeln mit Quark und Leinöl.

Hat da jemand, der das immer schon liebt mal eine #vegan Alternative zum Quark gefunden?

„Alnatura Quarkalternative aus Soja“ war es für mich nicht (schmeckt mir zu „getreidig“).

Ansonsten meine bisherigen veganen Favoriten als Allesesser:
- Popp „Eier“salat
- Golßener „Eier“salat und „Fleisch“salat ( wohl aus dem Spreewald)
- „Leber“-/Tee“wurst“ von Rügenwalder
- Bedda „Käse“ Trüffel style
- Naturli Streichzart (mein Butter Ersatz)

Bis auf die Naturli gibts das alles hier beim Rewe…

i hate how so many things you would think are vegan dont end up actually being vegan, someone my brother knows apparently brought us like 2 whole boxes full of food and half of it was like "vegetable" soup that contains egg.. like why does it have to have egg i dont get it. its a "vegetable" soup.

putting random animal products in foods that really should be vegan by default is just truly absurd honestly, like the egg in the soup isnt even there for flavor it's for consistancy, they could have just used aquafaba or some other egg consistency alternative.
