But overall things are progressing nicely! We've streamlined our packing process for the vegetable boxes and expanded our platform to print labels that makes it easier to pack the customized boxes.

And the garden is producing better than ever! We currently have broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, onion, carrots, cabbage, Cavolo Nero, red russian kale, mizuna, cilantro, chard and lettuce.

Also getting permits to substantially increase our chicken headcount and working on permits for our field-to-bottle brewery.

Mothman did a spot of cookering. Vegan doesn’t have to be bland, spongy old tofu. These are amazing Suma recipe carrot, lentil and pumpkin seed cakes, with fennel and black onion seed roasted crushed Jersey Royals with, from the local vegbox, kohlrabi, chard and butterbeans steamed over garden chervil, rosemary and coriander then served drizzled with lemon and garden dill dressing.

We've got 90 beds, each 10m x 0.75m, so 675m2 of cultivable surface. Attached picture shows the beginning of our first season in 2020.
