I have only been to #Veeraswamy #restaurant (apparently the oldest surviving #IndianRestaurant in the #UK) twice, but because I am on the mailing list of a restaurant chain with the same owners, I got this today because their landlord wants them out:-

"Please sign a petition to King Charles III and our landlords, the Crown Estate, to renew the lease of Veeraswamy at its current premises where it has operated with distinction for 99 years."
