This is a liability issue, and I fully support the #VancouverParksBoard in this.

What it comes down to is: this is a negligible risk in normal practice. However, the #ParksBoard is political, and virulently so, and it is nearly certain one or another party (and particularly the ABC at the moment, as they have a history of doing this) would sue the board over allowing this risk.

One thing is clear: if 'C'onservatives cannot win, they will spoil.
