Today we're travelling to a different region that has inspired us enormously. Some time ago, we spent two freezing cold but wonderful weeks in South Tyrol. There was little snow, the air was freezing cold and the sun was shining brightly, and of course we explored the magnificent landscape and architecture extensively with our cameras.

During our somewhat dreary workation in an icy January in South Tyrol, we didn't always feel like laughing. But the landscape and the small historic towns made every trip worthwhile.

As bonus we hiked up to the Hohe Wart (Guardia Alta, 3424m), which is on the crest towards the #Similaun (3606m)
