My fault for letting the paracetamol lapse ~8 hours ago (I wanted a Whisky). #Flu Vax in a week or two after, then another couple of weeks for the (so I'm told) "strap in for the ache" of #Shingles Vax.
On the upside, sprained finger is (slowly) recovering.
