Nevím úplně přesně, jak to číst:

Got an offer by text from VZ for a "free" upgrade to a Google Pixel 10 Pro worth $1k without w/o a trade-in & w/o any change in my current unlimited talk/data plan.

Signed up for the new phone after long text chat with a VZ rep.

Of course, the phone really wasn't entirely "free." I had to pay $112.50 in taxes & other charges plus a $40 upgrade fee to get it but that's not bad considering that the 5 yr old Motorola phone that I'm using now didn't cost much more than $152.50 to begin with.

Technically, I have to "pay off" the phone with debits & credits of $27.77 per month over 3 years until I actually own it but that doesn't matter to me because I've been with VZ for over 40 yrs & have no plans of switching. The phone is also locked until then, which also doesn't matter to me.

They're also giving me a $10/mo "loyalty" credit for 12 months.

Just need to wait to get an email from my local store to pick it up.

An excellent deal IMO.
