I had once again the opportunity to contribute the use of #NixOS #Linux to the #SteamHardwareSurvey. Also had a #ValveIndex connected, even tho i currently have some software issue with VR games.
This is a very small action to promote #LinuxGaming and #VRonLinux.
Also funny how the Linux version is 6.6.6.
Im going back to linux, freedom tasted to good.
Now all i need is someone to help me get vr on linux setup (Dual booting for when i wana fortnite or eye tracking)
But the taste of control it gave was too fucking delicious.
Audica is so fun, i went to try just testing if it worked under Linux and i got hooked for a solid 30 minutes
this
https://github.com/godotengine/godot/issues/15292
elusive bug is rather frustrating, (#godotengine was the only platform to work with vive+linux up to this)
I turned this all upside down but I'm just too C++ noob for this...
this also means pause to some other vr dev,
but at least I kept a version of godot3alpha and godot_openvr gdnative plugin from november that worked then ... so I can still work on the 3D / scenography and projet structure.
all hopes this solves for 3.0.0 ;)
