JulesceltLoopholes in regulatory laws, pushed by fossil fuel company lobbyists are the reason the earth is on the brink of collapse. There are 4-5 fossil fuel lobbyists for every single member in Congress...that means a few thousand lobbyists putting tons of pressure on Reps and Senators.

Suncor's Commerce City refinery violated pollution emission limits for 900 hours in the three months it shut down after a fire in late 2022, but the company avoided fines because of loopholes, an environmental group’s study said.
