The Donaufeld cornfields in Donaufeld, Vienna - amazing to see this in a city, an oasis of biodiversity surrounded by residential development. Swallows were hawking for insects above the fields, blue carpenter bees droning in the poppies and large copper butterflies spiralling around each other in the flower-rich field margins
