My intent was to emphasize architectural rhythm and the smallness of an individual against industrial infrastructure — using negative space and a muted sky to heighten isolation and movement. The corrugated canopy and railings create diagonal layers that lead the eye from left to right; the lone figure breaks the pattern and provides a human anchor.
