There was one tree on our street. ๐ณ
The council cut it down. ๐ชพ
All that was left was the stump, which people started to throw their litter in. ๐
So my daughter and I cleared out the trash ๐ฏ
And then filled it with soil, daffodils, and seeds. ๐ผ
The daffodils have since died but the seeds have started growing ๐ฑ
It has been a nice little activity for my daughter and I to do. When we leave the house each day, she often wants to see the progress. ๐ง ๐

Here's my top tip for bike owners (which I do myself); lock your bike with two different locks. If your bike is twice as hard as to steal as the bike next to yours, I think yours might be safe.
I managed to find a quiet spot by the harbour this morning, amid the music festivals, the tourists, the marathon, and all the chaos of the city.
