Does somebody know a map where the cooler or more shaded roads are easily visible? I saw an OSM-based "vampire mode" for pedestrian route planning and a 3D-building shadow simulator but that's not quite what I'm looking for.

Of course, it depends on the time of the day but a simple 2D map with a combined coefficient of weighted vegetation/road width/surface maybe would be great during hot days!

You can clearly see the Bow River corridor, Nose Hill Park, and the contrast between established tree-rich communities and newer developments.
