Can you be okay where you are right now doing what you're doing?

Can you find joy in the little things instead of waiting for life to change so that you can be happy with the big things too?

I'm just sitting here writing. I can find a thousand problems I should probably fix or try to do something about, and I'm not going to.

If I let my life revolve around those problems again, I go back to being miserable very quickly.

What I've learned is that life doesn't have to be like that.

I can decide to simply be okay right where I am without changing anything and I know that when I do that, when I learn to be okay in the present moment, that my life will get better.

I don't need to know all the details. I just need to trust that I can handle the journey when it shows up.

I know that you and me handle the journey.

How do I know that?

We're all still here aren't we?

You have the power. Use it to be okay in your world just as it is.
