Guess the point of prev post was that even though several of my conditions might explain these symptoms (or other factors)
I'm feeling there's another u ndiagnosed medical thing happening.
Maybe its a dysautonomia- but there's no test for that.
Thus i need engagement from docs...

A mystery illness in Congo has killed more than 50 people hours after they felt sick

Health experts say an unknown illness first discovered in three children who ate a bat has rapidly killed more than 50 people in northwestern Congo over the past five weeks. A medical director of a regional monitory center says the interval between the onset of symptoms – which include fever, vomiting and internal bleeding – and death has been 48 hours in most cases and “that’s what’s really worrying.” These “hemorrhagic fever” symptoms are commonly linked to known deadly viruses, such as Ebola, dengue, Marburg and yellow fever, but researchers have ruled these out based on tests of more than a dozen samples collected so far. The latest disease outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo began on Jan. 21, with 419 cases recorded and 53 deaths.

This is maybe not the way to do it, but I'm at my wits end and I know I follow several doctors, nurses and other medical professionals here.

Here's the deal - I have debilitating muscle spasms in my legs, torso, feet, toes and occasionally hands and arms, as well as some sort of spasm issue that occasionally affects swallowing and bladder control. I lose my voice from time to time, but not in a laryngitis sort of way. It affects my sleep and I'm terrified of having a spasm in public..I had one yesterday at a friend's house. It's embarrassing and terrifying and I'm worried I'm going to fall over in public sometimes.

At this point I take a prescription muscle relaxant, but my doctor has told me there is no real way to know what causes muscle spasms and I'll have to learn to live with it. 1/
