University of Houston, DA’s office dispute what led to sexual assault suspect’s release
Charges related to an alleged sexual assault on the UH campus, which occurred Feb. 7, were not filed by prosecutors until five days later. Warrants for Eric Latroy Brown's arrest on those charges were still active Friday as police worked to locate the man.
