It has once again been a while since I last posted. I'm heading into the final stretch of trimester 3, with a residential school in two weeks. With it comes a mix of anticipation and nerves. I've found myself spending time on Livewire again, which has felt great in the midst of study pressures. Health-wise, I’ve had some solid wins after receiving my bloods back this last week. My blood sugars are down from 9 to 6, with cholesterol sitting at 4.2. This is a sign that the work is paying off. Musically, I’ve been on a break from choir but not sure when rehearsals resume. We are starting the year fresh with a new music director and I'm not sure when he starts. One step at a time as things are moving forward.
