HUR reports explosions at rail, pipeline hub in Russia’s Novosibirsk, Bryansk oblasts

Ukraine’s military intelligence (HUR) claims that railway infrastructure was damaged in Russia’s Novosibirsk and Bryansk regions on Nov. 20 and Nov. 28, a source in the agency told the Kyiv Independent.

Final loading plans for September have not yet been provided to oil sellers, although they are usually received a week before the start of the month. #Reuters sources explained the delay by ongoing strikes and changes in the repair schedule.

In August, #Ukrainian troops repeatedly struck the #Druzhba pipeline and the #Unecha pumping station in the #Bryansk region, further limiting #Russia’s export capabilities.
