Just finished the second season of “Under the Skin” with Tan Jianci and Jin Shijia 🌸 The bromance relationship between the main leads was subtly done and there was some nuance in how different personality types can get along with each other. The last arcs were particularly well woven together but the ending was either an open ending or a cliffhanger.

Am watching episode 20 of “Under the Skin 2” with Tan Jianci and Jin Shijia 🌸 The arc with the Peking opera lovers is so well done. The story is both melancholic and sweet. The acting is touching and the ill-fated love between a singer past her prime and a younger man feels both real and tragic. Plenty of twists and turns, too.
