I'm pissed at Rusty Everett and Brenda Perkins. They showed their hands to the Final Level Boss and didn't bother to keep any cards in their pockets. That's just stupid, like running upstairs when someone invades your house. Barbie even told Brenda not to see Big Jim alone. Ich habe gerade erst #UnderTheDome von #StephenKing gelesen. Das Buch wurde 2009 veröffentlicht und hatte wohl eigentlich eher Bezug zur damaligen Bush-Regierung, aber die Story weist erschreckende Parallelen zur aktuellen Situation in den USA auf. Vom ganzen Bibel- und Jesus-Gelaber (OK, das scheint in weiten Teilen wohl halbwegs normal zu sein) über inkompetente Machthaber bis hin zu der neuesten Eskalation in L.A. Aber ist ja nicht mehr wirklich überraschend.

The true hero of the whole series was the Toyota Prius, the only vehicle that kept on going when the petrol and diesel fuel ran out.

Watching and enjoying the TV show "Under the Dome" on Paramount+.
However, I am frustrated with this and other shows that depict non-Catholic Christian believers as raging crazy mental morons.
