The user has spoken to FOUR other people before me. THREE of them senior advisors. They had the user update the OS. They had the user prepare to erase the entire computer because "System Data" was massive.

The user called me to get help preparing for wipe. I just checked the system folders and found 4x 25GB+ screenrecordings started by accident.

Is no one else doing their jobs?
