☀️ Ukiah will reduce energy credits for some rooftop solar users.
Residents who installed solar before 2021 will now be credited at the utility’s “avoided cost” rate for excess power instead of the full retail rate.
The change takes effect July 1.
A mobile home north of Ukiah was destroyed in a fire Thursday afternoon.
