I've been roughly pricing up seaside short breaks for later in the year.
(You've got to think positive. The sun will appear eventually).
Criteria is reachable by train with only one easy change from Leicester and the fare mustn't be stupidly expensive with a disabled railcard. (And not Skegness)
The list at the moment is Cleethorpes, Scarborough and Aberystwyth.
Broadstairs / Margate fail on the cost of the trains.
I've got a list somewhere of inland destinations that I might revisit.
