In #Udmurtia, 34-year-old #Dmitry_Galanov, who died in the war after a month and a half of contract service, was buried with honours.

Authorities praised #Galanov's "courage and dedication" and called his death "heroic."

However, as usual, they forgot to mention the man’s past.

In 2018, he attacked a woman with a hammer and began strangling her and extorting money, for which he was sentenced to 9.5 years in prison.
