On 4 May, in the Pampas Verdes annex of the Campo Verde District of the Coronel Portillo Province of #Ucayali region, police captured logging businessman Jose Estrada. He is one of four fugitives from justice in the Saweto case, involving the assassination of four indigenous environmental defenders. Estrada and three others were condemned to 28 years in prison.
