- cite wrong past decisions made due to the lack of research, etc.
Eddie Rich@jwood growing the research maturity is fundamental to growing the #uxmaturity of the organisation. There is probably a tipping point, company politics aside, where it all becomes more clear and #productmanagement and #ux interact ina much more symbiotic manner
