Reading Trump’s reply made it seem like he had a reasonable First Amendment argument. The Government’s reply brief drops a rather devastating footnote noting that the Supreme Court expressly rejected the argument. Ouch. But that’s what you get when you have shit lawyers versus very good prosecutors.
