Today SCOTUS heard the case #USvSkrmetti involves a Tennessee law that bans gender affirming care to trans minors (i.e. hormone blockers).

@elienyc.bsky.social (on BlueSky) thinks the bigots will rule 6-3.

The *worst* case scenario for this decision isn't just the recission of trans rights. It's that #SCOTUS basically makes sex discrimination a thing you can never prove.
