Following Hyundai ICE detentions, the US State Dept. reaffirmed that South Korean workers can use B-1 Business Visas and ESTA for specialized tasks like equipment installation and servicing on US investment projects.

A dedicated "Korean Investor Desk" will also open at the US Embassy in Seoul for better guidance.
