There is a massive misinformation campaign going on in the US about the 3rd term presidency.
1) Iran would give Trump war powers. It doesn't. Trump can't declare war, hence no war powers.
2) War powers still don't prevent elections in the states. It is up to the states, not the president.
3) Trump is kicked out of office regardless on January 20th, 2029. That's it. Trump turns into a pumpkin.
4) Trump is not eligible for reelection since it would be his 3rd term.

The more I read about US politics, the more amazed I am about how ridiculously stupid it is.

Why the fuck do they have "all men created equal"on their constitution when most of their history has been about preventing minorities ability to vote (blacks, natives, women). And now this joke.

Why can't they just have a quota. Say 1 seat for x amount of people in the country.

Say 1 seat for 600k people. So if a state has 6 million inhabitants, it gets 10 seats, if they have 42M, then they will have 70 seats
How hard is that to implement?
